In our offer are published rental properties to which you can respond directly and request a viewing. Before we make an appointment, we ask you to provide information about yourself. We can then check in advance whether the property of your choice matches your wishes and schedule a viewing.
– Do you have enough income to rent the property?
– Who is moving with you?
– Do you have pets?
– As of when and for how long are you looking for a rental property?
The allocation requirements differ per housing unit. Obviously you must have an appropriate gross annual income, we aim for at least 3.5 times the basic annual rent.
Furthermore, the family composition, any pets, acceptance date and rental period must be in accordance with the landlord’s wishes.
For self-employed people, customization applies. You must have demonstrably sufficient income for a minimum of 3 years.
Allocation is made by choosing the most suitable candidate.
If you would like to rent the living space we will submit it to the landlord for approval. Any offer is subject to landlord approval.
When the landlord agrees, we will inform you what documents you need to provide to us, ask you to sign a letter of intent and make a down payment of up to half a month’s rent. Of course this will be settled later. Then follows the rental agreement which will be sent to you by E mail for signature. During the handover you will receive the keys and together we will make an extensive initial inspection report with photos, of which both tenant and landlord will receive a signed copy.
Even if there are no suitable objects for you in our own offer, we will gladly help you. Take advantage of our extensive network of other intermediaries, brokers and landlords and engage la Fontaine Makelaardij as your advisor/renting agent when renting a property. You will be guided in finding the most suitable home, handling the rental agreement, check-in and after sales, energy contracts, Internet and TV connection.
