You can submit a search request if you would like us to go a step further and search for you outside our own published offerings. We always agree a search request in writing after extensive communication of your wishes. The rate for a search is 1 month’s gross rent excluding 21% VAT. For this service we will inform you in advance about all the conditions so you know exactly when you will pay the costs.

In case of a successful search/tenancy mediation, we represent your interests as a tenant, do the negotiations for you, check the contract and support you during the handover. Moreover, we help you with practical advice on everything that your new place of residence entails, such as transferring contracts GWE, Municipal Affairs, parking facilities etc.
