Our offer includes rental properties that you can respond to immediately and request a viewing. Before we make an appointment, we request that you provide information about yourself. We can then check in advance whether the home of your choice matches your wishes and schedule a viewing.

The allocation requirements differ per living space. Naturally, you must have an appropriate gross annual income, we aim for at least 3.5 x the basic annual rent.
Furthermore, the family composition, any pets, acceptance date and rental period must be in accordance with the wishes of the owner. Customization applies to self-employed entrepreneurs. You must have demonstrably had sufficient income for the last 3 years.
The property will be rented to the candidate that matches most.
If you want to rent the accommodation, we will submit this to the landlord for approval. Each offer is subject to landlord approval. When the landlord has approved, we will inform you which documents you must provide us with, ask you to sign a letter of intent and make a deposit of up to half a month's rent. This will of course be settled later. We send the rental agreement by e-mail for signature. During the handover, you will receive the keys and together we will prepare an extensive initial inspection report with photos, of which both tenant and landlord will receive a signed copy.
Even if we do not have suitable objects for you in our own offer, we are happy to help you. Take advantage of our extensive network of other intermediaries, real estate agents and home rental companies and engage la Fontaine Makelaardij as your advisor / rental agent when renting a home. You will be guided in finding the most suitable home, handling the rental agreement, check-in and after sales, energy contracts, Internet and TV connection.
